Production

Permanence and quality in production are ensured through high technology fully automatic computer-controlled systems. We produce and pack our products with special equipment, taking into account the health of our furry friends.

RAW MATERIAL ACCEPTANCE

Detailed analyzes are performed by the quality control team in the high technology laboratory for the raw materials that are delivered to the factory. Pursuant to the results of the laboratory analysis, the raw materials that are approved for conformity are accepted and entered into the factory.

RAW MATERIALS ARE ENSILED

Raw materials of food that have been approved by the Quality Control Unit are ensiled into the designated silos and recorded together with the product certificates, ensuring traceability.

GRINDING

According to the determined ration, the product is ground with a computer-controlled dosage scale. The product is ground with a hammer crusher at the desired micron.

HEAT TREATMENT

The ground product is mixed in a mixer until the vitamins and minerals become homogeneous. The mixture prepared according to the ration is sent to the conditioner to be treated with steam and water.

EXTRUSION

The product, which is treated homogeneously with steam and water in the conditioner, reaches a temperature of 95 degrees, and it is shaped as pellets of the desired diameter and length in the extruder.

DRYING

The pelleted food is dried on computer-controlled belt conveyors with hot air.

COOLING

The dried food is kept in a computer-controlled cooler until it reaches ambient temperature before lubrication.

LUBRICATION AND FLAVORING

According to the determined ration, pre-cooled food is lubricated and flavored in a vacuum environment.

The lubricated and flavored food is cooled in a computer-controlled cooler until it reaches the desired temperature before packaging.

PACKAGING

The cooled foods are out into the product silos and samples are taken by the Quality Control Team according to the production serial numbers. After the analyzes are performed in the laboratory, the approved foods are weighed precisely with computer-controlled scales and packed with automatic machines.

STORAGE

The packaged products are stocked ready for shipment in a warehouse prepared in accordance with the food, subject to traceability. Each batch of food produced is stored by taking a replicate sample.
